Otrada is an early-stage product operated by NINJEX LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (“Otrada”, “we”, “us”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the Otrada website or join the Otrada early-access waitlist.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we ask for your email address.

We do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, location, or other profile information as part of the waitlist.

Our website hosting provider may also process limited technical information generated when you use the website, such as log data, usage data, device information, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies where applicable.

How we use your information

We use your email address to:

• confirm that you joined the Otrada waitlist;
• maintain your place on the waitlist;
• prevent duplicate registrations;

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the website and waitlist.

OpenAI / ChatGPT Sites hosts and operates the Otrada website and may process information collected through or generated by use of the website on our behalf.

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) stores the waitlist contact record and delivers waitlist-related emails.

These service providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required by applicable data protection law, international transfers are protected using appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep your email address while the Otrada early-access waitlist is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the waitlist service.

If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your waitlist information, we will remove it from the active waitlist unless we are required to retain particular information for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Limited operational, security, or delivery records may remain for the retention periods used by our service providers.

Your rights
